Advertisers on theHOMEetc are responsible for their ads. This means complying with all applicable laws, rules and regulations that apply to the targeted regions (including any advertising codes, such as the CAP Non-broadcast Code in the UK) and to the content of your ads. Additionally, advertisers must also comply with our theHOMEetc Advertising Terms of Service and Creative Guidelines.

Prohibited content includes:

• Obscenity and profanity
• Violence
• Explicit sexual content
• Spam or harmful content (malware, phishing)
• Discriminatory content
• Content that infringes third-party rights, such as copyrights, trade names, or rights to privacy and data protection
• Deceptive, false, misleading, or fraudulent claims and information
• Religious content
• Political content
• Military-related content

Prohibited categories include:

• Tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vaping
• Illegal drugs
• Payday loans

Due to the international nature of its services, theHOMEetc must comply with multiple sanctions and export control laws and regulations.
